How do you get trainers bought from China past customs?
I buy some trainers from China to wear, and customs keep seizing them, claiming they are counterfeit. Seems odd as I buy them from a factory that is on the Nike disclosure list of contractors.

Write to the Director of Customs and point out your purchase place and ask for your trainers to be returned or prove to you that they are fakes. Contact your MP and he should assist.

depends how many trainers...
if you bought a pair no one would take them...
but if you are talking about the container -- well counterfeit is illegal so they are right...

eh? Ive never had a problem with bringing counterfeit items out of china and ive lived there for 5 years. You should pack them deep into your suitcase, they are only trainers after all. Result - Wear them. How will customs know ? they are just shoes
